Terms
Podknows Podcasting requires all guests of this podcast to agree to the following before acceptance can be granted.
* Attendance of a pre-interview during a regular group meeting on a Tuesday morning from 6:30am, to be agreed in advance.
* Recording to be booked in and carried out within thirty days of pre-interview.

Data Protection
Podknows Podcasting (or any third party nominated by Podknows Podcasting) may exercise its sole discretion to use the guest’s (and (if applicable) their companion’s) name, non-specific address, and image and their comments relating to the featured recording for future promotional, marketing and publicity purposes in any media worldwide without notice or without any fee being paid.
By submitting their personal details, the entrant agrees to Podknows Podcasting processing those details in accordance with the purposes made known the entrant at the time of collection and in accordance with Podknows Podcasting privacy policy which can be viewed below. Any entrant who is agreeing to feature via e-mail or SMS may opt out of receiving any marketing communications from Podknows Podcasting by adding the word NOINFO after the keyword as specified in the competition or at the end of the e-mail.
Standard Terms
In the event that any entrant does not, or is unable to, comply with and meet these terms and conditions and the recording information, Podknows Podcasting shall be entitled at its sole discretion to disqualify such entrant, without any further liability to such entrant. In these circumstances, any recording may be forfeited.

Comments
When visitors leave comments on the site we collect the data shown in the comments form, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection.
Media
If you upload images to the website, you should avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS) included. Visitors to the website can download and extract any location data from images on the website.

If you leave a comment on our site you may opt-in to saving your name, email address and website in cookies. These are for your convenience so that you do not have to fill in your details again when you leave another comment. These cookies will last for one year.
