Identifying your ADHD values and living them intentionally! cover

As a business strategist, I understand the frustration that comes with investing time, energy and resources into hiring people, crafting offers and marketing your brand, only to realise that it doesn't align with your ADHD values.

It's a bummer, to say the least.

Have you determined the ADHD values that are important to you as an entrepreneur?

As an ADHD-preneur, in particular, it's important to determine what values are important to you. After all, you’re not like anybody else.

You’re unique, and dare I say beautiful?

Also, you have awesome taste in friends and people you find inspiration from.

In the fast-paced corporate world, it's easy to lose sight of what truly matters.

This means identifying the types of customers you want to serve and creating an environment that allows you to work with them on your own terms.

In this podcast episode, we'll work together to determine your ADHD values and make them a priority in your business.

My personal core principles as an ADHD-preneur

You must define your beliefs if you are aiming to become a successful entrepreneur (especially one with ADHD).

Doing this will help you to be the best version of yourself.

The ideal person.

Seriously babe, it's essential that you remain motivated if you wish to continue performing your daily duties.

In this episode, I'm going to help you understand the significance of grasping this concept.

To provide you with an idea you can adapt to your own life and business, I'm going to give you a glimpse into my own ADHD values.

After the episode, I provide a suggestion on how you can advance in resolving this issue, so please do take a listen so you can hear it!

Ok so here we are.

The three things I consider most important are:

I'll quickly summarise everything you're going to hear, so you can listen with more clarity.

You're gonna need an operating system manual.

You're going to need people who let you stick to that manual by filling your cup and not pouring too much from it.

And you're also gonna need to spend some more time doing the things that on the surface of it might make you panic that you're taking too much of your valuable time up on them.

So go ahead and take a listen. (If you’re not an Apple iOS user, you can get an Android or Windows-friendly version of the podcast episode here)
